Analysis: Turning around failures in risk management

Have any lessons been learnt from the global economic crisis? Not when it comes to risk management, according to a new study by the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors, which paints a worrying picture and suggests that many of the mistakes committed in the run-up to the financial meltdown of 2008 are in danger of being repeated.
